Nice

Great bands with just the right amount of tension. I use these while I'm endlessly on my computer, wishing I could move more but can't in order to get the work done. These bands help me to get my wiggles out for sure! I place the band at about my knees and move them in and out. It does a nice job of exercising my outer thighs.

Perfect for road-trips.

I bought these to take on a 3-month long roadtrip. Very convenient with lots of different movement possibilities and levels of resistance and hardly take up any space. Thank you!
