Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Gritin. We appreciate that you like the products we have designed to brighten the moments in your life. We also want to make sure you have a glorious experience while using our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, Gritin offers a simple guarantee that is handled in the most hassle-free way possible.

30-day money back guarantee for any reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item is received by Gritin's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include the original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Gritin will refund the cost of the product itself.
  • Returns may be refused if items do not meet the above requirements.

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after a warranty claim is opened. It is not possible to process a non-quality refund request for items that have passed this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly from Gritin online stores, please contact the retailer for a refund. For quality related issues, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

    Returns (refunds and exchanges)

    All products sold directly by Gritin or Gritin's authorized resellers are covered by a comprehensive warranty from the date of purchase. You can register your purchase to extend the warranty period on the Register Products page.

    Quality-related warranty claims for purchases made through Gritin's authorized distributors and retailers or Gritin's official e-commerce stores, such as Amazon Store, can be handled directly through Gritin.

    For quality related warranty claims, items will be replaced with new items. In situations where replacement is not an available or preferred option, Gritin will offer a partial refund based on the usage time of the device.

    Warranties on all replacements will follow the same warranty period as the original defective item or 3 months after replacement, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after full refund.

    Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (e.g., receipt of the money transfer and confirmation of the address to which the item was originally shipped).

    Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer in the following situations:

    • Return of products for any reason other than a proven defect
    • Warranty claims for items taken outside the original country of purchase
    • Accidental returns by the buyer
    • Return of personal items
    • Return of items claimed to be defective but found to be in working order by Anker's quality control department.
    • Return of defective international shipping items
    • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any return outside of the approved warranty process)

    Not covered under warranty:

    • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
    • Lost or stolen products
    • Items that are out of warranty
    • Non-quality issues (after 30 days of purchase)
    • Free products
    • Third party repairs
    • Damage from outside sources
    • Damage caused by misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, improper operation of equipment)
    • Purchases from unauthorized resellers

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    Refunds are usually processed by the original platforms you purchased from and usually take 3-5 business days to process. If you haven't received your refund after 3-5 business days, please double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
